For graduate students in Center for Computational Science and Engineering (CCSE) programs participating in curriculum-related off-campus experiential learning experiences in computational science and engineering and related areas. Students are responsible for arranging the experiential learning opportunity. Prior to enrolling, students must verify their arrangements by submitting a memo or email from the sponsoring organization along with MIT advisor endorsement to the CCSE Academic Administrator. Upon completion of the training experience students are required to submit a letter from the experiential supervisor describing the goals accomplished along with a substantive final report for review and grading by the MIT advisor. Prior to enrolling, students must contact the CCSE Academic Administrator for procedures and restrictions.
