Covers basic principles for system design, operation, and improvement. Focuses on standout organizations that deliver more value at greater speed, and with less effort and cost, than their counterparts. Emphasizes speed and rigorous experimentation. Draws examples from heavy and high-tech manufacturing, new product development, healthcare, and the military. Preference to LGO and SDM students.
